Tony at Carin Auto made the car buying experience an absolute delight. I can't stress enough how honest and transparent he made the entire process. In an industry where so many dealerships are so predatory, Carin Auto is a breath of fresh air. The entire experience was anxiety free and enjoyable. Tony is personable and funny and you can't go wrong with him as your salesman. The car I purchased was clearly kept in good condition while it was kept here. This should be your first stop when looking for a new vehicle!

Shopping for a affordable used commuter car looked for several weeks before narrowing our search. Ended up at Carin based off the pleasant interactions over the phone with Tony. He was very personable and didn't try to bully us. He workwd with us and stayed late until we could return later. Tried another smaller dealer near by and just had a bad feeling from the start, not here.

If you are a first-time used car buyer, ask for Tony! He made our overall buying experience smooth and fun! He gave us useful tips which made us very confident with our purchase. Amazing customer service, fair prices, and kind hearted staff. We made a trip about two hours away to look at a car. I was worried it would be sold so I encouraged someone to call to check in on the way. We were assured the vehicle would be held for us. When we arrived, Tony greeted us and showed us the car. We weren't immediately sold on the car and perused the lot for other options. Tony had a great sense of humor about the whole ordeal. When it came time to actually selecting and buying a car, Tony also provided a wealth of life advice beyond just buying a car. His stories about his family were very touching and I hope that I can one day live to be the kind of family man he is. The whole experience was great and there was no pushy salesmanship and Tony answered all of our questions without hesitation. I would highly recommend CarIN Auto for your used car needs.

This place deserves 5 stars. The staff are super kind and welcoming. They really treat you like family here. As a first time car buyer, this dealership was the best experience I could’ve asked for. Tony was an amazing salesman and person in general. My family and I were there for at least 4 hours and he kept us informed, entertained, and comfortable. This place also has great car options for good prices.

Tony was awesome. Very charismatic and knowledgeable when it came to helping us out. We left with our VW Jetta today and we would not do this with anyone else besides Tony. He had all the information and let us take our time when checking out the vehicle before purchase. Overall a great experience and it is all thanks to Tony!

They speak Spanish and are very friendly. Miss Karen is an expert in her job. They accept ITIN and advise on passports. They are a professional team where they treat you like family. Went in to check out a 2016 Lexus IS 200t and was shown the car by Karen. She was very helpful and attentive. After I test drove the car, I spoke to Tony, the sales manager. We spoke for a good 15-20 minutes and he was a very pleasant and kind man. Never once did I feel the dreaded “used car salesman” persona. Although I did not end up purchasing the Lexus, I would highly recommend CarIN Auto as they were professional, attentive, and all around good people. Don’t hesitate to visit them if you’re in the market for a used car. The prices were fair and the service was excellent. Great bunch of people.

After my car broke down, I went about shopping for a new one. After weeks of making practically no progress, I found Carin Auto. Tony and the crew there were not only incredibly helpful, but they all have kind hearts. The prices are the best in the county, and there aren’t thousands of dollars in hidden fees like most other dealerships have. We even wound up buying a second car from them for my parents that live out of state. 10/10 would recommend.

These are honest dealing used auto dealers. Even when the car we were i terested in had battery issues they replaced the battery on the house. They provided a relaxed atmosphere and never pressured us into a purchase. Above board and honest in everything they stated about the car condition, concerns they had about the vehicle, and walking us through the process. Awesome, awesome people.

Carin Auto and the employees there are great. Very open and transparent with the whole process. I took some time making the decision, but Arash and his brother were always available for questions and they never pressured me into making any decision before I was ready. This place is great, no1 their prices are great, i went to 5 dealers, I have 4 car loans and no one would help me, they were nice at first, then no follow up. I even tried my regular place GG Nissan, after tuning my good credit, never got back to me. Me and my son bought 5 cars from them. Never again. But Carin auto found me a lender and I'm driving away with a nice car that I didn't have to pay over blue. Also they called me, kept in touch and personality means allit to me You won't be disappointed with them. Except my gas tank was bone dry???

Ash and his team are truly one of a kind in the used car market. HONEST, FAIR and Conciouncicus are the last attributes anyone would expect from a used car sales man. But these guys have proven to be all that. I purchased a Honda Odyssey from them for a fair price and encountered an issue a few days later and called Ash saying I was stuck. He drove down ca 6 miles to me within 20 min, checked the car out and although believed ok, he still took my car off me to have another full inspection done on it and gave me his personal car!! He has his trusted mechanics who he uses again and again and it seemed like they had messed something up on the radiator/or it’s pipes. However as conciouncicus as he is, he had the entire radiator system changed for me on his own cost, just to ensure I would never encounter another problem with my “new” car! Needless to say that I took dozens of his business cards and recommended him (and will continue to) anyone I know! It’s not only the selection you’ll see on his website, you can call and pre-order any car/milage, etc. that you are looking for and he’ll find it for you within a few weeks for a great and fair price, he’ll do a full inspection and sell the car to you, ones he is certain the car is great in every way. What more could one want? He’s the last used car sales man I’ll ever meet. And I am sure anyone who’d ever use his services would ever risk going anywhere else!

I had a great experience at the Garden Grove CarIN Auto dealership????. I had emailed initially requesting a specific car I saw on their website and Arash responded via email/text within a min . I felt comfortable going in to discuss at this point. Although the car I requested was not there, we still discussed the possibilities and I also test drove a similar vehicle. We discussed financing and we were able to finalize everything including my trade in vehicle pretty efficiently. Fast forward a few hours later I came in for my new vehicle and it was even better than I expected. The financing was way easier as well with Arash handling all the extra details and I felt secure with my transaction after being able to do further research while waiting for the car. Ok here’s the deal!!!! First of all, we purchased an amazing X1 BMW today (5/10/23) and it’s BEAUTIFUL!!!! Today, I came to his office to pay CASH for the car. Since I was in such a hurry to get back to work, I did not count out the money manually. Arash put the cash in his auto money counting machine. Not thinking, I paid him $1000 more then I was supposed and didn’t realize it until I got all the way back to my office in Anaheim. Once I realized, I panicked! I called Arash as I was freaking out on the phone because I was nervous I was going to be out $1000! NOPE! Not at all!!! Arash’s honesty was definitely present and he said come back at 4:00 and I will take care of you! Praise god there are wonderful, honest people out there! The best dealership ever! I’m not an experienced driver so I drove home by myself and couldn’t lock the car properly and locked myself out… it’s 10 pm rn so I called the car dealership and they re sending the AAA to help me unlock it and get the keys. Waiting for them now. I am so grateful I am in good hands and the dealers got my back. Thanks God ??
